What is BurnOnce?
BurnOnce is a secure platform for sharing self-destructing notes. Once a note is read, it's permanently deleted from our servers, ensuring your sensitive information stays private.
How does it work?
Simply write your message, optionally set a password, choose an expiration time, and click 'Generate Secure Link'. Share the link with your recipient. Once they open it, the message is immediately and permanently destroyed.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your notes are encrypted end-to-end. We use industry-standard encryption, and even we cannot read your messages. Once a note is viewed or expires, it's completely deleted from our servers.
Do I need to create an account?
No! BurnOnce works without any registration. This ensures complete anonymity and privacy for both sender and recipient.
Can I retrieve a note after it's been read?
No. Once a note is read, it's permanently destroyed. This is a security feature, not a limitation. Make sure to save any important information before closing the page.
What happens if the link expires?
If a note reaches its expiration time before being read, it's automatically deleted from our servers and the link becomes invalid.
Is BurnOnce free?
Yes! BurnOnce is completely free to use. We believe privacy should be accessible to everyone.
